The financiers have identified various cases of perception of citizenship income even in the presence of subjects subjected to detention or recipients of personal precautionary measures. Among these, some definitively convicted of serious crimes, a foreign person who, in addition to being subjected to a precautionary measure of house arrest, was also the owner of 3 luxury cars, including a recently registered Porsche of high commercial value.
