Cannabis and drugs: the network of anti-prohibitionist cities is born

It is called the “Network of Italian cities for an innovative drug policy”, it was born today and already has its own “Constitution”, a three-page Charter which is both a declaration of intent and a programmatic manifesto. The nodes of the network are the progressive local administrations of the big cities, the first signatories of the manifesto are the councilors for welfare of Milan (Lamberto Nicola, Giorgio Bertolè), Bari (Francesca Bottalico), Bologna (Luca Rizzo Nervo), Torino (Jacopo Rosatelli), Napoli (Luca Trapanese) and the city councilor of Rome Tiziana Biolghini.
