[Epoch Times December 17, 2021](Epoch Times reporter Xu Meng’er comprehensive report) On December 16, a 70-year-old female patient surnamed Tang, in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, was diagnosed with a case of Omicron infection. Those living in the same building, this may be the first case of indigenous Omicron infection in mainland China.

The official report of the Communist Party of China stated that Mr. Tang lived at No. 65 Tiansheng Village, Huale Street, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and was in the same building as the residence where the confirmed cases were imported from overseas to Guangzhou on December 13. Tang’s nucleic acid test results were negative on the 13th, 14th, and 15th. In the early morning of the 16th, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was finally diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (CCV).

On December 11, the 67-year-old man returned to Guangzhou from Shanghai after he was released from quarantine, and was transferred to his home at No. 65 Tiansheng Village, Huale Street, Yuexiu District. After review, the new coronavirus was detected as an Omicron mutant strain.

On December 14, Guangzhou notified the first positive case of Omicron imported from abroad. Subsequently, Guangzhou delineated one sealed zone, one control zone, and one prevention zone: the building where the patient’s home is located (No. 65, Tiansheng Village), implemented regional closed management, and all residents in the sealed zone were transferred to a centralized isolation place for observation. The latest variant virus, Omicron, is coming aggressively, causing a new wave of epidemics around the world. On the 14th, WHO warned that Omicron, a variant strain of the new coronavirus (CCV), spread faster than all previous strains. It may have spread to most countries around the world.

On the 14th, the team of Chair Professor Yuan Guoyong of the Department of Microbiology of the University of Hong Kong published a research report in the medical journal “Clinical Infectious Diseases”, showing that most of the people who have received two injections of “Fubitai” BNT or Coxing vaccine, the serum antibodies produced Level, not enough to resist Omicron. Among them, the efficiency of Fubitai has been greatly reduced to less than 20%, and the Koxing vaccine cannot neutralize the Omicron virus.

The CCP adheres to the so-called “clearing” policy, and it still cannot stop the invasion of mutant viruses. On December 13, Tianjin City notified the first case of Omicron variant virus.

Zhang Wenhong, director of the National Medical Center for Infectious Diseases of China, stated at the Science Forum of the Greater Bay Area on December 12 that Omicron is very difficult to deal with. There are many mutations in the virus, which may bring more serious mutation consequences.

At present, there are 12 provinces in mainland China with outbreaks, 12 high-risk areas and 56 medium-risk areas.

At present, the number of confirmed cases in Ningbo, Shaoxing, and Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province is still rising. A total of 421 cases have been confirmed from December 5 to 16. In particular, Shaoxing City has become a “severe disaster area”, and most of the confirmed cases in the city are related to a fresh food supermarket. Because the CCP is used to covering up the epidemic, the actual number of infections in this wave of epidemics is or more.

The CCP’s extreme anti-epidemic policy has caused a great impact on the economy, with overstocking of factory inventory, disruption of the industrial chain, and unemployment of workers. As of the evening of the 13th, at least more than 20 listed companies in Zhejiang were forced to temporarily suspend production.
