After seven hours in the council chamber, the judges of the X Criminal Section decided thirty years in prison for the boss Domenico Casamonica, fully accepting the request of the Public Prosecutor, who had asked for more than 630 years of imprisonment.

Severe penalties for the other leaders, Giuseppe Casamonica (20 and a half years) and Luciano (12 years and 9 months), and heavy penalties also came in the first degree for Salvatore (25 years and 9 months), Pasquale (23 years and 8 months) and Massimiliano Casamonica (19 years).
