The community has been closed down, and many surrounding communities have also been closed down. The patient had traveled to Zhangjiajie, Hunan. In addition, the three close contacts of the Nanjing epidemic had been to Beijing, took the subway, and went to two railway stations.
On the morning of July 29, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission notified that from 0:00 to 24:00 on the 28th, there was an additional local confirmed case related to outside Beijing in the city. The confirmed case currently lives in the Second District of Longyueyuan, Huilongguan, Changping District, and is an employee of an insurance group in the Life Science Park of Changping District.
The notification stated that the patient traveled to Zhangjiajie, Hunan and other places on the 20th, returned to Beijing on the 25th, developed fever and other symptoms on the 26th, and went to the fever clinic of the hospital on the 28th, and the nucleic acid test was positive.
The official announcement did not specify the patient’s specific travel whereabouts in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, and “and other places”. The Nanjing epidemic-related cases have recently appeared in Zhangjiajie.
The Beijing Daily reported that all entrances to the second district of Longyueyuan in Huilongguan have been closed, and many communities around the second district of Longyueyuan have also been closed; the fourth district of Longtengyuan, which is separated from the fourth district of Longyueyuan, has also been closed.
Netizens broke the news that the residents of the community conducted nucleic acid tests overnight.
Online video shows that the northwest gate of the second district of Longyueyuan in Huilongguan has been closed: “This is the northwest gate. It has been sealed. I want to know how people who go out wearing slippers and walk around can get back? Many people are like me. One stand inside. Bo people, a wave of people standing outside.”
Another video revealed: “(The infection point is) Unit 4 of Building 23, the whole unit is sealed, and the epidemic prevention has come over.”
In addition, Beijing’s Changping District reported that three close contacts of a confirmed case in Nanjing had travelled from Penglai, Shandong to Zarainuoer District, Hulunbuir, and had reached Beijing in the process.
Specifically, at around 6:00 on July 24, the three people took Metro Line 2 from the subway station near the Airport Economic Zone to Tianjin Station; from 8:09 to 8:39, they took the C2012 train (seat number: 8 trains 3A, 3B, 3C) from Tianjin Station to Beijing South Station; after that, take Metro Line 4 and transfer to Line 2 from Beijing South Station to Beijing Station; 11:40, take train K1301 (seat number: 9 Car No. 7, No. 8 middle, No. 9 up) from Beijing Railway Station to Zhalai Nuoer Station.
