And above all, no association crimes have been recognized – neither for drug trafficking, nor mafia-style – but only single episodes of drug dealing. The first degree ends with three full acquittals and two convictions before the judging panel composed of the president Elena Stoppini and the magistrates Stefania Cugge and Antonio Borretta.
