Two controllers, on Atvo’s bus, accused him of throwing two punches at them. On Wednesday shortly after 13 he got on the bus in via Stadio. But the fight broke out shortly after at the bus station. It is there that the Atvo controllers accuse FB – a fifteen year old resident of the city and a student of the Obici – of having attacked them. Which he completely rejects.
It all starts shortly after 1pm on Wednesday. The boy gets on the bus with some school friends. He does not have a valid ticket, he claims there are none to cover those two kilometers of the route. Whatever the case, a friend hands him his and, when the Atvo controllers come for the check, he presents it to him. It is 13.18.
“I gave it to him and got up to leave: not to run away, but to get off the bus which had already arrived at the station. One of them grabbed me by the shoulders and pushed me back into my seat, saying that the ticket was not valid and that I wasn’t going anywhere. I tried to get up again and tried to make room with my arm, without throwing punches in any way. Both of them caught me and threw me on the corner of the bus, blocking me, ”says the young man.
In his story, it doesn’t end there: the 15-year-old claims that one of the two controllers sat on him and the other blocked his arm, twisting his elbow.
«I was not breathing well because that man, sitting on top of me, pressed my genitals: when I asked him to stop that, to provoke me, he replied that he was getting aroused. When I got my arm free, one of them head-butted me, then I punched me, ”he continues.
The bus stopped at the station for 40 minutes, until the carabinieri and another controller, a woman, also entered.
“When she came in she said to leave me, but they told her they were controllers too. When she proposed to let me go and let me go and sit with her, they said no and that we had entered into confidence from the beginning, looking into each other’s eyes, “says the young man. Moments of panic, but above all of strong humiliation for the boy.

A man in a shirt and tie made a video and he told me that the next day I would find him on Facebook. At that point I wanted to call my father, they took my phone and threw it away telling me that I wasn’t going to call anyone. The screen broke», Continues the 15-year-old. The boy, accompanied by his mother, immediately went to the Oderzo emergency room, where he met the two controllers (“they laughed at us,” he says).
Al momento to discharge him, the doctors issued a 3-day prognosis for a head injury, an elbow injury, which they attribute to severe pressure and trauma. Another 2 days of prognosis were given yesterday, when the young man returned to the emergency room for a big blow to his left femur: nothing broken, but a large portion is purple. The boy must now answer for the complaint presented by the controllers, but is considering filing another against them: the family has turned to a lawyer.
