Checks in the rest house in Canicattini Bagni: owner denounced

SYRACUSE – The Carabinieri of the Nas of Ragusa carried out a check at a retirement home in Canicattini Bagni in order to verify the hygienic-sanitary, organizational and working conditions of both the guests and the staff of the structure and whether the measures aimed at containment of the spread of covid-19 were observed.

At the end of the inspection, the military deferred the administrator in a state of freedom to the judicial authority for failure to communicate the persons housed in the structure, and for the failure to prepare the risk assessment document, a mandatory act for companies, aimed at protect the health and safety of workers.

At the same time they found the failure to prepare suitable measures to contain the spread of the pandemic from covid-19, as well as shortcomings related to the staffing of professional figures, omitting compliance with the organizational standards required by regional regulations, these violations will be communicated to the competent administrative authorities .
