The Chinese Ambassador to the United States, Xie Feng, faced criticism during a recent speech at Harvard University for promoting Beijing’s governance model. According to Voice of America Chinese, protesters interrupted Ambassador Xie Feng’s speech, shouting “lies” to express their disagreement with his views.

The incident at Harvard is just one example of the growing tensions between China and the United States.
