Railway traffic blocked for over an hour, police patrols on the spot
Traffic suspended for over an hour on the ordinary Turin-Aosta and Turin-Milan railway lines, from 5.50 this morning, due to the investment of a person between Settimo and Brandizzo.
The intervention of the railway police is still in progress.
The person would have been seen rushing towards the train: she was hit by a convoy: she died instantly.
Some trains were limited to Chivasso and Torino Lingotto. Assistance for Trenitalia passengers activated in the Settimo and Chivasso stations.
