On November 23, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and the Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle.
