This special crackdown will be carried out for three weeks from the 4th to the 22nd, targeting 51 places including 18 bakeries, food manufacturing and processing companies, convenience stores, PC rooms, karaoke studios, and entertainment establishments near schools in the province.

The inspection areas include traffic safety, hazardous environment, food safety, and illegal advertising, and special judicial police from the provincial social disaster department, who have been appointed to crack down on six major areas of people’s livelihood, will carry out intensive crackdowns.

In particular, ▲acts of manufacturing, distributing, and selling food without permission, registration, or reporting ▲acts of using raw materials that cannot be used in products or foods whose expiration date has passed ▲acts of allowing youths to enter establishments where entry and employment of youths are prohibited ▲karaoke rooms, PC rooms, etc. Violations of the ban on entry of minors after 10 p.m., violations of the ban on employment of juveniles, and violations of the sale of harmful drugs (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) to minors.

If an illegal act is discovered as a result of the crackdown, the province plans to take legal action, such as filing a criminal case, investigating, sending the case to the prosecution, and requesting administrative action from the competent authority.

The province frequently cracks down on illegal activities by harmful businesses to ensure that youth can grow up healthy and safely during the new semester, Family Month, the first semester, and the end of the year after the college entrance exam every year.
