Radical transformation for the Coca Cola Hbc plant in Gaglianico. Thanks to a 30 million euro investment for the reopening, the most important in the field of sustainability in the history of the group, the plant will be able to transform up to 30 thousand tons of PET per year into new bottles. In the first phase, which will start at the end of March at the end of the works, the transformation of the resin of both virgin and recycled PET will be activated, in the second phase, after the approval by the European Food Safety Agency scheduled for July, the PET resin. The factory, which occupies 18,000 square meters, powered 100% by renewable energy, will employ more than 40 direct employees.
