Colleges and boarding schools, a bill approved

Unanimous vote of the Aosta Valley Regional Council

The Valle d’Aosta Regional Council unanimously approved on Thursday a bill on the provisions on boarding schools and boarding schools.

The first of the three articles provides for the stipulation of agreements between the Region and the Salesian Don Bosco Institute of Châtillon “for the reception, in a boarding and semi-convict system, for the education and training of minor students and young adults, with priority for pupils with special educational needs “. The article is financed with 900 thousand euros for the current year and with 2.7 million euros for the next few years.

The law also intervenes on vouchers for boarding schools and boarding schools for students residing in the Aosta Valley.
