Commando in action in Mogliano: block the roads to rob the Brevi

The thieves used stolen vehicles to hinder the arrival of the police. Dozens of laptops disappeared

MOGLIANO. Commando in action in the SPZ area: the cash & carry of information technology is in the sights. On the night between Wednesday and Thursday, a gang hit the warehouse of the Brevi.spa, a wholesale distribution company for IT equipment. The headquarters in via Tintoretto was stormed around three in the morning with a coordinated action studied in detail.

The criminals used different means: an SUV to break through the gate, a van to load the stolen goods and one school buspreviously stolen from a nearby warehouse, which was placed sideways in via Giotto, blocking the only access to the industrial area from via Zermanesa to the police and private security.

The criminals broke into the wholesaler by forcing the door on the right. Once inside, the thieves aimed above all at laptopmotherboards and processors: according to the first rumors, the stolen laptops would be dozens for a stolen value, currently being quantified, of several tens of thousands of euros.

The blitz of the other night also recalls the more recent one at the depot Ems of Cessaltowhich took place last December, when the commandos also blocked access to the motorway toll booth.
