Retired pharmacist had declared incomes of three thousand euros in two years, but for the Revenue Agency they were over two hundred thousand euros. The Supreme Court (for now) agrees with the taxpayer

CONEGLIANO. A seventy-year-old former owner of a pharmacy in Conegliano, defeated the Revenue Agency in the Supreme Court. For over a decade he has been fighting the battle with the tax authorities, for tax returns dating back to 2006 and 2007. And it’s not over yet. In 2006 he had declared 984 euros, but according to the Agency they were actually 106,681 euros, proven by three cars, a 14.9-meter boat, a house in Conegliano and two apartments in Chioggia.
