The investigating judge of Foggia Antonio Sicuranza sent for trial Angelo e Napoleon Wax (former member of parliament of the UDC and former regional councilor of I Popolari), involved in an investigation on appointments, hiring and contracts piloted in the ASL of Foggia and in the reclamation consortia. The director of the Foggia local health authority was also indicted Vito Piazzolla and the municipal councilor of Manfredonia Rosaria Immacolata Bisceglia.
