In the last 24 hours, 8,444 new cases of coronavirus positivity and 301 victims have been recorded. The day before there had been 13,158 new cases and 217 victims. However, the buffers fell sharply: 145,819 against 239,482 yesterday. The positivity index therefore rises from 5.5% to 5.8% today.
The total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic has risen to 119,539. This was announced by the Ministry of Health in its daily bulletin.
Slight drop in pressure on hospital structures: ordinary hospitalizations are 20,635, with a decrease of 27 units compared to yesterday, patients in intensive care 2,849, 13 less than yesterday (with 132 admissions on the day, compared to 114 yesterday ).
On the other hand, 3,398,763 patients (+16,539) have already recovered from Covid. The currently positives are therefore 452,812 (8,400 less).

VALLE D’AOSTA
Three deaths and 53 new infections from Covid 19 in Valle D’Aosta which bring the overall total of people affected by the virus since the beginning of the epidemic to 10,746. The current positives are 814, + 22 compared to yesterday, of which 46 hospitalized, 8 in intensive care, and 760 in home isolation. To date, 9478 + 28 have been cured compared to yesterday, the swabs carried out so far are 111.275, +210, of which 22.349 have been processed with rapid unsanitary tests. The deaths in Valle d’Aosta of people who have tested positive for the virus from the beginning of the epidemic to today are 454.
PIEDMONT
Today the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region communicated 568 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 38 after antigen tests), equal to 4.8% of 11,954 swabs performed, of which 6,192 antigenic. The total of positive cases thus becomes 345,447. There are 247 hospitalized in intensive care (-13 compared to yesterday). There are 2404 hospitalized patients not in intensive care (+1 compared to yesterday). There are 14,438 people in home isolation.
LIGURIA
There are another 7 deaths of coronavirus positive people, 200 new Covid cases. The victims since the beginning of the emergency have risen to 4,143. The hospital admissions curve continues to drop, settling below 600: at the moment, there are 595 Covid patients in the hospitals of Liguria, one less than yesterday. Of these, 69 are in intensive care. The report reports 200 new cases. In the last 24 hours fewer swabs were performed, as usual on the weekend: 2,509 molecular ones and 1,330 quick antigenic ones.
LOMBARDY
The number of people admitted to intensive care units (-9) and wards (-62) continues to decrease. Against 16,993 swabs carried out, 872 are the new positives (5.1%). The healed / discharged are 5,499. deaths are 31.
PROVINCE OF TRENTO
A new death (occurred in hospital) and 16 new infections in Trentino. In hospitals, the number of new hospitalizations rises slightly (7 versus 3 discharges) which in turn envies the total number of hospitalized covid patients: at the moment there are 115, of which 26 in resuscitation. Finally, the healed, with 57 cases today, become 41,128.
PROVINCE OF BOLZANO
On the first day of the Corona-Pass in South Tyrol, the Covid bulletin lists another day without deaths and, for the first time since last autumn, just ten new cases. However, the tests carried out yesterday are less than 1,200, well below the average of the past months. Three out of 233 PCR swabs and seven out of 957 antigen tests were positive. Hospitalizations are also down: from 117 yesterday to 106. Those in intensive care fell from 11 to 10, those in private clinics from 48 to 31, while the number of patients in normal hospital wards rose from 58 to 65.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA
Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 83 new infections were detected on 1,852 molecular swabs with a positive percentage of 4.48%. There are also 1,181 rapid antigenic tests performed, from which 17 cases (1.44%) were detected. The registered deaths are 7, the hospitalizations in intensive care remain 37, while those in the other wards are 286. The total deaths amount to 3,671. The totally healed are 87,295. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 104,537 have been positive.
VENETO
Data from Covid are down sharply today in Veneto, which records 535 new infections and 10 deaths in the last 24 hours. These are numbers that, as always on Mondays, are affected by the reduced tracking activity during the weekend. The Region’s bulletin updates the total number of infected people since the beginning of the epidemic in February 2020 to 408,365 and to 11,245 for the victims. The pressure on hospitals is constantly decreasing: a total of 1,540 (-19) patients are hospitalized with a diagnosis of Covid; of these, 1,325 (-20) in normal medical departments, while 215 (+1) are in intensive care. The subjects currently positive and in isolation are 23,507 (+195).
EMILIA ROMAGNA
Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 365,715 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 936 more than yesterday, out of a total of 12,645 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since yesterday, equal to 7.4 percent. As for the total people healed, they are 2,874 more than yesterday and reach 304,391. There are also 17 new deaths.
TUSCANY
New cases registered in Tuscany are 737 out of 11,609 Tests of which 9,894 molecular swabs and 1,715 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 6.35% on the total swabs and 17.3% on the first diagnoses.
UMBRIA
The currently positives are back below 3,000, now 2,985. On the last day, 25 new positives were recorded, 62 recovered and three deaths. 416 swabs and 646 antigen tests were analyzed. The positivity rate is therefore 2.3 per cent of the total, up sharply compared to 0.96 on Monday last week and 6 per cent on molecules alone (it was 2.3).
The number of people hospitalized in the ordinary wards is still down, today 200, eight fewer on Sunday, 31 of which, two more, in intensive care.
LAZIO
Today in Lazio on over 11 thousand swabs (-2.369) and almost 5 thousand antigenic for a total of over 16 thousand tests, there are 964 positive cases (-221), 44 deaths (+25) and +1.134 those cured. Cases and hospitalizations are decreasing, while deaths and intensive care are increasing. The ratio between positives and buffers is 8%, but if we also consider the antigenic ones the percentage is 5%.
MARKET
After 14 consecutive days of braking, the number of ‘Covid-19’ patients assisted in hospitals in the Marche region has not changed in the last 24 hours: a total of 562, of which 546 (+1) are hospitalized in the wards and 16 (-1) ) can be found in emergency rooms. 68 people are hospitalized in intensive care, like yesterday. In the semi-intensive areas 140 (-5) are assisted. The other 338 (+6) patients are hospitalized in non-intensive wards.
ABRUZZO
97 new cases of coronavirus have been ascertained in the last hours in Abruzzo. They emerged from the analysis of 2,270 molecular swabs: 4.27% of the samples were positive. There is only one recent death: it is the lowest figure for over five months and that is since last November 8, the day on which there were no deaths. The death toll rises to 2,377. The admissions continue to drop. Currently positive are 9057 (-88): 419 patients (-13) are hospitalized in non-intensive care and 44 (unchanged, with a new access) are in intensive care, while the other 8,594 (-75) are in isolation domiciliary. The healed are 59,181 (+183).
CAMPANIA
There are 1,282 positives of the day in Campania, of which 486 are symptomatic, out of 11,364 molecular buffers processed. The ratio of new covid to swab cases is 11.2%.
The deceased are 58 (of which 38 in the last 48 hours), while 1,836 are recovered. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,268 people have died from covid in Campania and 286,423 have been cured. There are 141 hospitalized in intensive care, four more than yesterday, out of 656 beds available, and 1,527, 16 more than yesterday, hospitalized in a total of 3,160 beds available in Campania.
MOLISE
BASILICATA
In Basilicata there are 50 new cases of Sars Cov-2 positive, out of a total of 1,279 molecular swabs, and five deaths are recorded. The Lucanians recovered or negativized are 101. Updating the overall data, the currently positive Lucanians drop to 5,829 (-56), of which 5,653 in home isolation. 16,449 people residing in Basilicata recovered from the beginning of the health emergency and 499 died. Unchanged the number of hospitalized in Lucanian hospitals are 176. The number of beds occupied in intensive care has decreased due to deaths (-3). Since the start of the health emergency, 316,739 molecular swabs have been analyzed, of which 290,812 were negative, and 185,537 people were tested.
PUGLIA
There are 477 new cases of Sars Cov-2 registered in Puglia out of a total of 5,792 tests recorded in the last 24 hours. The hospitalized are 1,955 (-18). There are 48,728 cases currently positive and of these 46,773 are in home isolation. Since the beginning of the emergency, 2,171,461 tests have been carried out and 229,658 cases have been registered. In all, 175,209 patients recovered and 5,721 died.

CALABRIA
185 more people than yesterday tested positive for coronavirus in Calabria out of 2,068 swabs performed. In Calabria so far 702,618 subjects have been subjected to tests for a total of 755,318 swabs performed. The people who tested positive for the coronavirus are 58,291, the negative ones 644,327. This was announced by the Region in the daily bulletin of data relating to Covid: since the beginning of the emergency, deaths are 987 (+3 compared to yesterday), the healed are 42,433 (+217 compared to yesterday), and currently there are 528 hospitalizations (+11 compared to yesterday), of these 46 in intensive care.
SICILY
There are 1,069 new positives at Covid19 in Sicily out of 20,619 processed swabs, with an incidence of 5.2%. The Region is second for the number of daily infections behind Campania. The victims in the last 24 hours have been 13 and bring the total to 5,305. The number of current positives is 26,091, an increase of 581 cases compared to yesterday. There are 475 recovered. In hospitals there are 1,428 patients, 13 more than yesterday, those in intensive care are 174, three fewer than yesterday.
SARDINIA
Coronavirus deaths do not stop in Sardinia: in the last 24 hours there are 11 deaths ascertained in the update of the regional crisis unit, 135 new positive cases, 2,112 more tests performed. The patients admitted to hospital are 362 (-4), 47 (-1) in intensive care. There are 17,351 people in home isolation, 247 more healed.
