In the last 24 hours, the laboratories of the Alto Adige Health Authority carried out 724 PCR swabs and registered 32 new positive cases. In addition, 25 of the 4,100 antigen tests performed yesterday were positive. 12 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized in normal hospital wards, plus one patient is in intensive care. In isolation in the structures of Colle Isarco and Sarnes there are 4 people. There have been no further deaths, so the overall number of deaths since the onset of the pandemic is stable at 1,184.

Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 400,565 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 454 more than yesterday, out of a total of 24,700 swabs performed in the last 24 hours (1.8%). There were two new deaths. Meanwhile, the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continues, extended to all citizens over 12 years of age. At 3 pm a total of 5,399,028 doses were administered; out of the total, 2,488,989 people completed the vaccination cycle.
TUSCANY
There are 774, with an average age of 35, the new cases of Coronavirus in Tuscany where today there is a new death: an 88-year-old woman in Pistoia. A slight decrease, for the first time in recent weeks, is the number of hospitalizations that today are 289 (3 less than yesterday), of which 29 in intensive care (-1). Since the beginning of the epidemic in Tuscany there are 258,873 cases of Coronavirus positivity and 6,938 deaths. New cases are 0.3% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grow by 0.1% and reach 240,471 (92.9% of total cases), while the currently positive are 11,464, + 3.8%. Today, 10,178 molecular swabs and 5,540 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 4.9% were positive. On the other hand, 6,798 subjects tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 11.4% were positive.
Overall, 11,175 people are in isolation at home, as they have mild symptoms that do not require hospital care, or are symptom-free (+427). They are 12,328
(256 fewer than yesterday, minus 2%) the people, also isolated, in active surveillance because they had contact with the infected.

Sixty-six of the 938 molecular swabs analyzed in Basilicata in the last 24 hours were positive: this was announced by the regional task force, adding that 24 people remain hospitalized in the hospitals of Potenza and Matera (one of the patients is in intensive care). There are 925 people in home isolation, while 25 are cured. A death was also recorded yesterday (in total there are 571 Lucanian victims of the pandemic). As for vaccines, 4,402 were carried out yesterday: the Lucanians who received the first dose were 370,766 (67 percent), while those who also received the second were 285,132 (51.5 percent).

In Puglia, 306 cases out of 13,585 tests for Covid-19 infection were recorded, with an incidence of 2.2%. The new positives are 78 in the province of Bari, 71 in the Lecce area, 65 in the province of Bat, 40 in the Brindisi area, 28 in the Foggiano, 14 in the Tarantino, 5 residents outside the region and 5 cases of unknown residence. Two deaths were recorded.

Covid: one death in Calabria and 212 new infections Same positive figure as yesterday Increase in hospitalizations in care departments, +11 (ANSA) – CATANZARO, 11 AUG – 212, the same figure as yesterday, are the new positives to Covid 19 ascertained in Calabria in the last 24 hours out of 3,129 swabs performed and with a rate that goes back to 6.78%. There is a death in Reggio Calabria which brings the number of victims to 1270 since the beginning of the pandemic. Admissions increase significantly, +11 bringing the total to 100.
Intensive care is still stable, 4. There are 76 recovered (68,287) and 135 more currently positive (3,122). In home isolation in 124 (3,018).

The positivity rate drops to 4.8 percent. The victims are a 73-year-old man and an 88-year-old woman, both residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari. The numbers of hospitalizations in intensive care (22) and in the medical area (119) have remained unchanged. In total there are 6,651 people in solitary confinement.
