In Lombardy 2,209 new positives and 7 deaths
There are 2,209 new positive cases of coronavirus registered in the last 24 hours in Lombardy. The swabs carried out were 115,036, for a positivity index of 1.9%, according to data released by the Lombardy Region. There were 7 deaths, for a total of 34,330 since the start of the pandemic. 767 people (+27) are hospitalized in the region’s hospitals and 81 (+7) in intensive care units.
In Lazio 17,831 positive cases, 91 in intensive care
There are 17,831 people currently positive for Covid-19 in Lazio, of which 706 are hospitalized, 91 in intensive care and 17,034 in home isolation. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 391,948 have been healed and 8,959 have died out of a total of 418,738 cases examined, according to the updated bulletin of the Lazio Region. In Emilia-Romagna 1,353 new cases and 6 victims
Another 1,353 cases of Coronavirus in Emilia-Romagna and six deaths, while the hospitalized remain stable. In the last 24 hours, 35,877 swabs have been done and the mean age of new positives is 41.3 years. The deaths concern two women, respectively 54 and 93, and a man of 88, in the Bolognese area, a 98-year-old woman in the Ferrara area, a 77-year-old in the province of Forlì-Cesena and a 56-year-old man in the Rimini area. There are 59 patients admitted to intensive care (-3 compared to yesterday), 575 those in the other Covid departments (+1).
In Calabria cases on the rise (+272) and 2 victims
The Covid 19 infection curve continues to grow in Calabria where, in the last 24 hours, two victims have also been registered, with the total rising to 1,491. There are 272 new infections (224 yesterday) with a drop in tampons made, from 5,334 to 4,688. The positivity rate thus passes from 4.2% yesterday to 5.8% today. The number of hospitalized in the medical area decreased by 2 units (113), while those in intensive care remained stable at 13.
In Piedmont 860 new cases and no deaths
Today the Piedmont Region crisis unit communicated 860 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 356 after antigenic tests), equal to 1.5% of 55,767 swabs performed, of which 47,900 antigenic. There are 29 hospitalized in intensive care (-2 compared to yesterday). There are 329 hospitalized patients not in intensive care (- 3 compared to yesterday). There are 8,737 people in home isolation The diagnostic swabs processed so far are 9,667,072 (+ 55,767 compared to yesterday), of which 2,485,497 were negative.
