UDINE. On Monday 5 April in Friuli Venezia Giulia, on 2,431 molecular swabs, 125 new infections were detected with a positive percentage of 5.14%. There are also 550 rapid antigenic tests carried out, from which 25 cases (4.55%) were detected. In total, there are 150 new cases.
There are 10 registered deaths, hospitalizations in intensive care are 86 (Sunday were 82) while those in other departments are 592.
The deaths totaled 3,386, with the following territorial subdivision: 714 in Trieste, 1,785 in Udine, 640 in Pordenone and 247 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 78,757, the clinically healed 4,114, while those in isolation drop to 12,732.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 99,667 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 18,884 in Trieste, 48,120 in Udine, 19,463 in Pordenone, 12,090 in Gorizia and 1,110 from outside the region.
In the detail of the data on Covid-19 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the sector of residences for the elderly, no cases have been detected among the people housed in the regional structures, nor are there any infections among the health workers who work there.
No positivity was found among employees of the regional health system or among those who returned to Friuli Venezia Giulia from abroad.
