The Valle d’Aosta regional council has released two new measures of the law 15/2021 on economic aid for the Covid-19 emergency. This is the contribution for the events scheduled in 2020 and canceled due to the pandemic and the bonus for the Aosta Valley ski clubs.

The contribution for events and sporting events canceled due to Covid-19 in 2020 is reserved for private non-profit entities in the Aosta Valley that have already submitted, in 2020, an application for assistance for the same canceled events pursuant to Chapter V of Regional Law 3/2004, in the terms set out in art. 27, paragraph 2, of the same law. The grant is granted up to the maximum limit of the entire eligible expenditure up to covering the deficit between the expenses incurred and the regularly documented revenue. There are a total of 150,000 euros available.

As for the ski clubs, the one-off non-repayable contribution covers up to 70 percent of the costs incurred for the maintenance of the ski slopes, closed to the public during the 2020/2021 winter season, during the training of registered ski athletes. alpine and snowboard. In total, 100,000 euros are available.

For both contributions, the applications must be drawn up on the appropriate form available in the dedicated section of the Region’s website and can be forwarded by next 31 August, by hand or via certified e-mail, to the Sport Office – Contributions and Sponsorships of the Department. tourism, sport and commerce.
