Rome – There was a clash over the curfew during today’s Council of Ministers, called to give the green light to the decree for reopening from April 26. The provision provides that the curfew at 10 pm will be maintained at least until June 1st. After May, after a further analysis of the epidemiological data, a resolution to eliminate it or start the provision from 11 pm will be possible. restaurants closed from 1st June. The League has announced in the Council of Ministers that it will abstain on the vote on the decree.
The new Covid decree will be valid from 26 April to 31 July. Let’s see what it provides:
SCHOOL – “From April 26 and until the end of the school year people go back to class even in high schools (upper secondary schools). Attendance is guaranteed in the red zone from 50% to 75%. In the yellow and orange zone from 70% at 100%.” This is what the decree on reopening provides, which therefore increases the minimum limit for high schools in the yellow and orange areas from 60% to 70%. For universities, the dl provides that “from 26 April to 31 July in the yellow and orange areas the activities take place primarily in presence. In the red areas it is recommended to favor in particular the presence of first year students”.
GREEN PASS – “Green certifications issued by EU member states are recognized as valid in Italy. Those of a third state if the vaccination is recognized as equivalent to that valid in the national territory.” This is the provisions of the decree on reopening approved in the Cdm in the passage in which the “green Pass” is regulated for circulation between Italian Regions, including those of different colors.
VISIT – “From April 26 to June 15, in the yellow and orange zone, it is possible to visit friends or relatives in a private home (other than your own) in 4 people instead of 2.”
MOVEMENT BETWEEN REGIONS – “From April 26, those with green certification will be able to move from one Region to another even if they are red or orange areas.” This is what the reopening decree provides. According to the decree “can have the green certificate:
• those who have completed the vaccination course (lasts six months from the end of the prescribed course)
• those who fell ill with covid and recovered (lasts six months from the certificate of recovery)
• those who have carried out molecular tests or rapid tests with negative results (lasts 48 hours from the date of the test) “
CINEMA AND THEATERS – In relation to the epidemiological trend and the characteristics of the sites hosting cinemas, theaters, concert halls and live clubs, it will be possible to authorize the presence of a greater number of outdoor spectators than the maximum 500 expected indoors and one thousand outdoors or at 50% of the capacity, in compliance with the indications of the Cts and the guidelines. SPORT EVENTS – It is possible to authorize the carrying out of sporting events of particular importance even before 1 June. For these events, and taking into account the characteristics of the sites, it is possible to authorize the presence of a number greater than 1,000 spectators for the outdoor facilities or 500 for those indoors.
