UDINE. With the month of August, the Friuli Centrale health authority will pay its staff the additional regional resources (Rar) 2020, relating to the projects referred to in the supplementary company agreements signed with the trade unions.
In particular, a total amount of 1,900,000 euros was allocated to the staff of the sector, aimed at remunerating the following projects: recognition of the 2nd wave Covid bonus, extension of the Covid 19 incentive (personnel belonging to the most turbulent structures “and organization related to the emergency), compensation interventions to support and implement the service offer and the increased workloads deriving from the health emergency.
With regard to the management staff of the health role, the resources in liquidation in August amounted to a total of 2,400,000 euros for Rar projects and 2,000,000 euros for projects weighing on the strategic fund.
Also in August, the management of the professional, technical and administrative roles will also receive a fee that amounts to a total of € 74,000 for Rar projects and € 15,800 for strategic projects.
The general manager, Denis Caporale: “We are aware of the effort made in these long months by all the staff, primarily healthcare but also as regards the technical-administrative profile: the liquidation of these resources is intended to be a recognition of constant work of the operators and a sign that the company is always at their side “.
