From a second federal judge legal slap to Biden

(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, NOV 29 – A federal judge has blocked the Biden government’s vaccine obligation for healthcare workers in 10 US states, believing that the agency that imposed it has abused its authority.

St. Louis District Judge Matthew Schelp has banned Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) from enforcing the obligation until court hears legal challenges from Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming , Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota and New Hampshire. This is the second legal slap in the face for President Joe Biden, after a federal appeals court in New Orleans blocked the same obligation in companies that employ at least 100 employees. (HANDLE).
