In the last 24 hours in Italy there have been 18,678 new infections in Italy and 26 deaths from coronavirus. Therefore less than those counted yesterday: 22,104 with 60 deaths.

The positivity rate also increased to 14.6% (+ 2.8%) with 127,704 buffers, between antigenic and molecular.

Intestinal therapies are decreasing, ten fewer people in intensive care in the balance between entries and exits (in total there are 183), but patients in Covid wards are on the rise, 42 more.

The total casualties since the beginning of the pandemic have risen to 167,391.

The region with the highest number of cases today is Lazio with 2,700 infections followed by Lombardy with 2,368, Campania (1920), Sicily (1,825), Emilia Romagna (1,818) and Veneto (1,592). Total cases since the start of the pandemic come to 17,653,375.

The discharged / healed in the last 24 hours are 18,036 (yesterday 24,853) for a total that rises to 16,863,770. The currently positive are 622,214 (yesterday 620,966). Of these, 617,913 are in home isolation.
