(ANSA) – MONTEVIDEO, 08 OCT – The toll of the Covid-19 pandemic in Latin America and the Caribbean has exceeded 1.5 million deaths, according to official data.
The death toll of coronavirus in particular exceeded 600,000 yesterday in Brazil, the second most affected country in the world by the pandemic in absolute terms after the United States.
