I am an Italian citizen of Ukrainian origin who works, unfortunately only part-time. I live together with my daughter, who arrived in Italy as a child, who with many sacrifices managed to graduate from the Eastern University of Naples with full marks and in the shortest time, thanks to yours (perhaps it would be more correct to say ‘our’ ) School system that has invested so much in her. But his insertion into the world of work has slowed down because he is still awaiting Italian citizenship whose waiting times have been extended to four years by the ‘security decrees’, while the subsequent reduction to three years is not retroactive.
But the reason that prompted me to write to you is to make public a disservice of the INPS relating to the payment of the 2019 CIG Covid which, in my case, despite being a small amount, would be convenient for two people forced to make ends meet every day familiar.
The period concerned dates back to May 2019 and I sent countless reminders both by telephone and on the INPS portal but the invariable response was “the file has been defined by the competent office”, but soon I had to realize that it is a matter of a standard sentence given only to close the complaint in due time, but without addressing the problem or providing any real information to the user: the typical rubber wall!
On 6 June last (so after more than a year from the opening of the file) I confidently sent a pec to the Provincial Directorate of Latina and, for information, to the General Management and the Social Shock Absorbers Central Directorate, but no one decided to respond to a hard worker who pays taxes and contributions.
The patronage to which I turned, confessed to me its impossibility of obtaining results other than those already received by me directly.
How can you do it, Mr. Director, a now elderly worker who does all her duty as a citizen, worker and taxpayer to obtain at least one answer that is not meaningless from this expensive, obtuse and, to say the least, Kafkaesque bureaucracy?
