Covid, Scordia becomes the red zone: too many new cases in a few days

Established the “red zone” in Scordia, in the province of Catania. The president of the Nello Musumeci Region has ordered it, following the report of the territorial ASP and having heard the mayor, with an ordinance that will be effective from Friday until June 3. In recent weeks in the province of Catania there has been an anomalous increase in cases, so much so that it has become the Sicilian province with more new infections.

Under the same ordinance, the red zone in Gagliano Castelferrato, in the province of Enna, was extended until 3 June.
