Covid, the bulletin: 99 new cases registered in Fvg, intensive care stable

UDINE. Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia, out of 4,471 molecular swabs, 79 new infections have been detected (including 3 migrants / asylum seekers and one reinfection) with a positivity rate of 1.77%. There are also 3,380 rapid antigenic tests performed from which 20 cases (0.59%) were detected. Today there are no deaths; 11 people remain hospitalized in intensive care while the number of hospitalized in other departments decreases to 31.

This was communicated by the deputy governor of Friuli Venezia Giulia with responsibility for Health.

The deaths totaled 3,796, with the following territorial subdivision: 814 in Trieste, 2,015 in Udine, 674 in Pordenone and 293 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 105,169, the clinically healed 104 while the people in isolation amount to 901.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 110,012 infections have been recorded with the following territorial subdivision: 21,799 in Trieste, 51,336 in Udine, 22,063 in Pordenone, 13,304 in Gorizia and 1,510 from outside the region.

As regards the regional health system, no new positivity was detected among the staff, while in relation to residential facilities for the elderly, two operators were infected in Trieste.
