Via the seals put in May after the sentence of the Supreme Court
CHIVASSO. After almost seven months, the seals were removed from Rosanna Spatari’s Torteria di Chivasso, closed at the request of the Ivrea prosecutor and a symbol of the protests against the restrictions imposed by the government to contain the Covid epidemic.
The release from seizure on Monday morning, after the sentence of the Court of Cassation to which the owner had turned to obtain the reopening of the premises in via Orti.
The seizure of the property was triggered in early May, after a series of disobedient demonstrations, initiatives and various violations of the regulations.
