The Lys bar and the Bivio bar in Pont-Saint-Martin can reopen to the public. The two public establishments were released this morning by the carabinieri, who had sealed the premises on 12 February last.

The preventive seizure as a matter of urgency was triggered by order of the prosecutor, with the two owners complaining of having violated several times a provision of the Consolidated Law on health laws (Article 260).
At the time, the two bars had remained open despite the closing orders for 30 days to protect public health, signed by the President of the Region, for multiple violations of the anti-Covid legislation.
