A further 8 million have been added to the summer budget, the total between CoopCa and CoopTs thus rises to 17. The budget adjustment is worth 362 million and becomes the highest since Illy’s time
UDINE. The Region doubles the fund available to the victims of the crashes of the Carnic (CoopCa) and Trieste (CoopTs) Cooperatives, bringing the available ceiling to 17 million. A figure thanks to which, explains the Councilor for Finance Barbara Zilli “we will be able to respond to 88% of the value of the individual requests presented”.
The new funds, going into the details of the provision, are part of what the regional council defined as the “wildcard amendment” and filed yesterday just before noon. Inside, beyond the 3 million euros to equip the means of local public transport with air filtering systems and as many contributions to cover any costs incurred by schools to remedy staff shortages, the Region inserts 8 million intended, in fact, to support the 3,000 200 former loan partners of CoopCa and 12,000 of CoopTs. The law provides for a deductible of 100 euros, under which no regional support is provided, and draws up a refund of 10% of the amount of the credit for those who appear to be in the list of creditors admitted to the insolvency procedure of CoopTs and of 25% for CoopCa. Based on the calculations of the Region, as mentioned, the sums available will make it possible to cover 88% of what is “lost” by individual former lending partners.
The amendment of the council was inserted in the second day of adjustment in which, after the general discussion, the actual analysis of the text was passed with the go-ahead for the first articles. As part of a summer maneuver worth over 360 million euros – as has not been seen since the days of Riccardo Illy in Piazza Unità – 162 million have been included for the consultation with local authorities that will make it possible to finance more than 130 public works in the area and, as part of the package of proxies in the hands of Sergio Bini, 24 million for the redevelopment of accommodation facilities as well as 8 million for investments in structures owned by PromoTurismoFvg.
Furthermore, the dairy sector will be able to count on an endowment of 14 million euros, the Rotation Fund in agriculture of 10 million and, among other items, the environment will have 9 million 500 thousand euros available to scroll through the ranking. until 31 December of the applications for grants to encourage the scrapping of private vehicles while another 2 million will go to the municipalities for the design of urban green areas. The main item of the Infrastructure and Territory package, going further, is made up of 40 million euros to scroll through the ranking on first home contributions, while 10 million will be used to guarantee coverage of the new legislative provisions on traffic with a bridge loan in favor of Regional decentralization bodies which from 1 January next year will pass the jurisdiction over the former provincial roads.
The resources allocated to the culture sector, then, are mainly concentrated on the 3 million to Erpac as a partner of the Gorizia2025 project and on investments in view of the European Youth Winter Olympic Games which will be held in Friuli Venezia Giulia in two years. Finally, for the benefit of the Finance Department, the 15 million euros for the supplementary regional plans relating to European programming should be noted. As regards, however, the hunt for mini-loans, yesterday Massimiliano Fedriga summoned the majority group leaders before the classroom session, making them understand that a part of “punctual posts” are physiologically natural, different is the speech on dozens of amendments which lack, many times, only the name and surname of the recipient.
