Great pain in the village, the tragedy at work during a catering service. The funeral on Tuesday
RIVARA. Lorenzo Maio, 19 years old from Cuorgnè, died during the night at the Giovanni Bosco hospital in Turin where he had been hospitalized for a few days, suffering from anaphylactic shock.
The reaction was caused by the partial ingestion of a crustacean, of which the boy was allergic, during a catering service.
Rescued by his colleagues, the 19-year-old was first transported to the Ciriè hospital and then to the intensive care unit of Giovanni Bosco in critical condition.
In the night between Thursday and Friday the conditions worsened until his death.
The funeral will be held next Tuesday in the parish church of San Dalmazzo in Cuorgnè at 2.45 pm. The rosary, on the other hand, will be Monday 16 at 20.30. Immense pain in the city, where the boy leaves his father, mother and sister, as well as all his relatives and friends.
