The Council of Ministers of the Draghi government approved the new anti-Covid measures on May 17 and drafted a road map for reopening. Here is the calendar:
May 19th
Change, immediately, the curfew in the yellow areas. From 19 May the ban on travel for reasons other than work, necessity or health, currently scheduled from 10 pm to 5 am, will be reduced by one hour: the return home will therefore be possible until 11 pm. brought at midnight. From 21 June it will be canceled: there will no longer be any hourly limits on travel. In the white areas, the curfew is abolished immediately.

The weekend taboo falls in shopping centers. Shopping malls, galleries and commercial parks and all the shops inside the markets will reopen on holidays and before holidays.
The reopen as well mountain lifts, in compliance with industry guidelines.

June 1st
The halls of bars, restaurants and indoor clubs, for breakfast, lunch, aperitif, dinner and after dinner. It will be possible to consume food and drinks inside throughout the day, until curfew time. It will also be possible again to stop for a coffee, a spritz or a sandwich even at the bar counter.
Also from June 1st, the public in outdoor sports facilities for all competitions and events, even those not of national interest. The stadiums can be filled up to 25 percent of the maximum capacity allowed and in any case with the limit of 1000 people in the stands.
7 June
The curfew will be brought at midnight. In the yellow zone you can therefore move freely between 5 and 24, while from midnight to 5 in the morning the movements will be allowed only for reasons of work, necessity, urgency, health.

Receptions and parties following civil and religious ceremonies such as weddings, civil unions, baptisms, communions are authorized, both outdoors and indoors. But be careful: for newlyweds, celebrations and guests you need the green certification, also called “green pass”, that is a certificate of vaccination in the six months preceding the party to be requested at the hub that administered the second dose of an AstraZeneca drug, Pfeizer or Moderna or the Johnson & Johnson single-dose; or a certificate from the doctor, hospital or pediatrician certifying recovery from Covid in the six months prior to the date of receipt; or the negative result of an antigenic or molecular swab carried out no more than 48 before the event.
Ferris wheels start spinning again. One week earlier than in the previous decree, they reopen theme parks, water and amusement parks with attractions for young and old.

July 1st
Green light for the reopening of indoor swimming pools, of swimming centers and gods spas, in compliance with the guidelines. The swimming protocol drawn up by the Sport Department provides for: separate entrances and exits respecting the spacing of at least 1 meter; access to the facilities only by booking; the spacing of at least one meter even in the changing rooms and showers; all clothing and personal items must be stored in the personal bag, even when deposited in the special lockers that cannot be shared; use dispenser for sanitizing gel; the spacing between the umbrellas in order to guarantee an area of at least 10 square meters for each umbrella and a distance of 1.5 meters between the beds for those who do not belong to the same family or do not live together; the guarantee of a space of 7 square meters for each person who swims; the obligation for younger children to wear diapers; the closure of the pools in which the spacing cannot be guaranteed, so those, for example, for children will be monitored in a more rigid way than usual.
Fans can also return to sports halls and indoor stadiums for all competitions and sporting events. The facilities can be filled up to 25 percent of the maximum capacity allowed and in any case with the limit of 500 people in the stands.
Arcades, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos can reopen to the public.
All the activities of cultural centers, social centers and recreation centers.
Can hold on again face-to-face public and private training courses.
