Found near the village of Odos
(ANSA) – NICOSIA, 04 JUL – At least four people died in the vast fire that has been destroying the southern part of the Troodos forest in southern Cyprus since yesterday: this was announced by the Minister of the Interior, Nicos Nouris. The charred bodies of the victims were found near the village of Odos in the Larnaca district. The minister added that they could be four Egyptian citizens missing since yesterday. The flames are fueled by wind and high temperatures. Yesterday 10 villages were evacuated in the districts of Arakapas and Larnaca, located north of the port city of Limassol. (HANDLE).
