PEDEROBBA. Dad dives to save his daughter and a friend of hers, but doesn’t resurface. Drama in Pederobba around 5.30 pm on Friday afternoon at Industria Cementi Rossi.
When the two girls started fumbling, four dived in: the dad Lammouchi Mhsen, 54 years old, Tunisian; one of his compatriots; a 60 year old from Pederobba and a child. From the first reconstruction, the rescuers managed to rescue the girls, but the father never emerged.
Immediate searches, unfortunately the body of Lammouchi Mhsen, 54, Tunisian living in Caerano San Marco, he was recovered after about an hour and a half.

Poor dad’s body was found by divers from the Venice fire brigade only around 8pm.
