The local Commission for Discipline Inspection informed that Luo Zhen, deputy director of the Political Department of the Tinghu District Court of Yancheng, had suspended his work for investigation.
JiMu News reported on November 22 that on the 21st, a female netizen named “Yancheng Dong Mingming involved in a criminal injustice case” posted a post saying that her husband and brother were sentenced to 19 years and 21 years by a Yancheng court for criminal cases. Her house was sealed up and three children were displaced. She was forced to become the “plaything” of the court leader. The post is accompanied by a photo of the intimate behavior of men and women, as well as screenshots of related chat records.
However, on the morning of the 22nd, the content of the Weibo posted by “Yancheng Dong Mingming involved in the black injustice case” was deleted the day before. The latest Weibo said, “At this time, I am more helpless, afraid… delete it, after all. You have three kids…the head hurts, so tired, everything is wrong…”
The netizen previously stated on Weibo that her husband and younger brother were sentenced to 19 years and 21 years respectively for involvement in online loan cases. The Tinghu District Court of Yancheng City will seal up two properties under his brother’s name and auction them publicly in mid-2020. After the house was sealed, the relative family members applied for reconsideration but were rejected.
The netizen once posted on Weibo that she was named Wu Meizhen, born on April 24, 1967, and lived in Room 203, Building 27, Tsinghua Academy, Chengnan New District, Yancheng City.
According to upstream news reports, the netizen said that she met Luo, the leader of the political office of the Tinghu District Court of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province through a friend’s introduction. Since then, Luo often asked her to accompany her with drinks, and even moved her hands and feet. Unbearably disturbed, she finally chose to report publicly.
The netizen revealed that on the afternoon of November 21st, Luo returned to call her, but she did not answer and felt scared.
On the morning of November 22, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Tinghu District of Yancheng reported that on the afternoon of the 21st, after discovering the online public opinion of Luo, a staff member of the Tinghu District Court, the investigation procedure was initiated.
