[Epoch Times News on August 3, 2021](Epoch Times reporter Xu Jian comprehensive report) Since the outbreak of the Chinese Communist Party virus (new crown virus, COVID-19) in Wuhan at the end of 2019, mainland China is currently facing its worst in several months. epidemic. The mutant strain Delta led to the rapid fall of many provinces, and even the capital Beijing once again upgraded access control measures.

On August 1, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission announced that due to a new wave of local epidemics in Beijing, it has decided to adopt strict access control measures of “who approves and who is responsible”. All party and government organs and state-owned enterprise personnel are not allowed to go to medium and high-risk locations, and Beijing citizens are required to avoid leaving Beijing to go to risk areas as much as possible, and “persist in not leaving Beijing unless necessary and not leaving the country unless necessary.” According to the “Beijing Daily” report, on Monday (August 2), the sales of train tickets in Nanjing and Zhangjiajie were suspended.

In order to contain the virus, the CCP has taken harsh and even serious human rights defensive measures against the mainland people. However, the Delta virus has covered nearly half of the 33 provincial administrative regions in mainland China in just two weeks. There have been more than 300 cases so far. The patient proved that the virus is spreading rapidly on the mainland. Due to the CCP’s consistent fraud, the outside world believes that the number of real patients is larger and the scope is wider.

In Nanjing, a city of 9.3 million people, residents underwent three rounds of virus testing within two weeks. The residential area where the confirmed case was confirmed was sealed off, and cinemas, gyms, bars and libraries were closed. In Zhangjiajie, all tourist destinations have been closed and residents are forbidden to leave their residences. Beijing banned people from high-risk areas from entering, and suspended flights, trains and buses from areas affected by the epidemic.

The vaccination rate in mainland China is close to 60%, which is among the highest in the world. However, the Delta virus outbreak has caused outsiders to question the effectiveness of China’s domestic vaccine, because most of the infected people in Nanjing have received two vaccinations.

This Delta virus outbreak is the biggest challenge facing the CCP after the Wuhan epidemic, and it is also a resounding slap in the official propaganda of “anti-epidemic success.” In January last year, the authorities suddenly imposed stringent lockdown measures on Wuhan and other cities in Hubei Province. Videos circulating on the Internet showed that the gates of the community were sealed, many residents desperately called for help from the window, and some people died miserably because they were left unattended during the quarantine period.

This Monday (August 2nd), the CCP claimed to have 99 cases of infection, of which 44 cases were asymptomatic. Later that day, another seven people were found infected in Wuhan and one in Beijing. Calculated by the number of cases, this is the largest outbreak since the outbreak in Hebei Province in January, when 2,000 people were infected. But because the CCP has always concealed the epidemic, the actual data will be much higher.

In addition to the rapid speed and wide scope of the epidemic, the increase in cases in Beijing and Wuhan, which are highly protected, shows that the widespread spread of the mutant virus is worrying.

Pang Xinghuo, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said that cluster outbreaks have occurred across the country, and Beijing has reported multiple cases, “leading to a critical stage in our response to the epidemic.”

The CCP claimed that the Delta virus was “imported from overseas”, that is, when it was brought to Nanjing by an overseas flight from Moscow in mid-July, it caused a group of airport cleaners to become infected. However, within a few weeks, cases of Delta also appeared on Hainan Island, 1,900 kilometers (1,180 miles) from Nanjing.
