« President Denis Kadima gave us further explanations on the conduct of the electoral process and the progress made so far. All of this encompasses the challenges to be met, what has already been accomplished and remains to be done. The path is certainly not easy, but we see that the CENI is progressing towards the accomplishment of its mission. Which is to be welcomed, in a context that is not at all easy. We believe we can bring, if necessary, added value to this process, which we are monitoring closely.“, underlined Vincent Ringenberg, specialist in questions of electoral observation and democracy.
