UDINE. He had the drugs shipped home, in a parcel. The police carried out a check and inside the package there were 51.7 grams of ecstasy. A 23-year-old from Udine, Luca Leonarduzzi, who was arrested on Saturday 14 August, ended up in trouble.
Following the search carried out in Leonarduzzi’s room, the policemen found a precision slingbar and another bag with 3.5 grams of marijuana.
“My client, during the interrogation – explains the lawyer Cristian Buttazzoni, who defends Leonarduzzi -, admitted possession of the substance but the further elements relating to the developments of the investigation will be the subject of a subsequent interrogation request, in the next days”.
The arrest was validated. The investigating judge Emanuele Lazzaro has ordered the extent of house arrest. The accusation is illegal possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of trafficking. –
