Electoral disputes: The Constitutional Court sits on Monday January 8 – Capsud.net

The constitutional court sitting in disputes over the results of the presidential election will examine, on Monday January 8, the requests of Théodore Ngoy and David Ehetshe against the CENI. This is what we read in a press release, published this Friday, January 5, by the high court of the DRC.

According to the high court (the constitutional court), it is in the Marcel Lihau room of the court of cassation that this event will take place.

Below is the full press release

It should be recalled that the requests were filed with the Constitutional Court to demand the annulment of the provisional results of the presidential election published by the CENI on December 31, 2023.
