This community often leads the CCP’s 50 cents to “go on expeditions” against the so-called “foreign hostile forces” and organize mass cyber attacks, known as “the emperor’s expedition, no grass will grow”.
During the Taiwan elections in 2016 and 2020, the community had “going out” against Tsai Ing-wen’s Facebook; during the anti-extradition campaign in Hong Kong in 2019, it washed the Facebook of the Hong Kong pro-democracy faction, and attacked organizations such as the “Civil Human Rights Front”. social media accounts, etc.
At the end of April this year, mainland social platforms such as Weibo, Douyin, and Zhihu forced the display of user IP territories in the name of purifying the network ecology and cracking down on fake news. Many accounts that spread foreign negative news as overseas immigrants have their IPs displayed in China; while the Weibo IPs of those so-called “patriotic stars” and “patriotic big V” are displayed overseas.
Including “Diba Official Weibo”, after being caught by netizens that the IP belongs to Taiwan, the IP was quickly replaced with Japan, Zhejiang, Hong Kong and other places.
Diba’s IP territories naturally attracted the attention of the Taiwan authorities. In early May, the Taiwan Investigation Bureau judged that the community used a springboard program to hide the real IP territory, and stated that in the continuous search for evidence, if it is found to be involved in illegal crimes, it will file a case for investigation.

Recently, Taiwanese man Yin Yuancheng was sentenced to three months in prison by the Taiwanese prosecutor in Hualien, Taiwan, for spreading rumors about the management of the “Emperor Bar”.

In 2019, the two went to Jiangxi to receive training from the CCP’s cyber army. After returning to Taiwan, they spread false information during the presidential election and the epidemic, interfering with Taiwan’s epidemic prevention policy. The two were arrested in December 2020. On the 8th of this month, the Hualien court ruled in the first instance that Yin was sentenced to 3 months in prison for disseminating false information and 50 days for forging documents; Liu Hui was detained for 40 days for forging documents, suspended for two years.
