The car was in fact registered to the entrepreneur’s company and El Makkaoui had paid him some money. The young man told the investigating judge that Campa insulted him and at this point he grabbed a hammer placed on a shelf and struck him in the head. After which – it is the version provided by the 22-year-old with a clean record, assisted by the lawyer Fabio Marongiu – a fight broke out, during which the young man allegedly gave the other blows. The prosecutor Maria Esposito disputes the aggravating circumstance of the futile reasons.
Tomorrow the investigating judge will dissolve the reservation on the validation of the detention and on the precautionary measures.
