TREVISO. It is a small and almost immobile brand, the one portrayed in “The Restaurants and Wines of Italy”, Guida de l’Espresso 2022. Small regarding the number of restaurants and wines considered worthy of a mention, immobile because it is almost always names already present in previous editions. Among the restaurants, a real novelty is the entry into the guide of Pierre Trattoria Sartoriale Treviso: the two young Luca Tartaglia and Nicolò De Pol immediately deserved the “hat” that rewards the restaurants of “Good cooking” (as the legend says): in the comment the author points out a simpler à la carte proposal and tasting menu which include “high school dishes”.
