He was working with his son-in-law in a field he owned, in Traffe di Pasiano, when an accident with the small excavator he was using caused him a serious injury and he was hospitalized in Udine: his condition is serious.

The 77-year-old was cleaning the Livenza embankment, in the stretch along the field, of some branches: a track of the mechanical vehicle came out of its seat, probably due to the too soft ground.

The call for help was immediate: the firefighters of Motta di Livenza arrived on the spot, shortly afterwards a crane from the Pordenone headquarters also arrived. The carabinieri of the Sacile Radiomobile Nucleus, an ambulance from Pordenone and the helicopter rescue were also present on site for the findings of the case.
