FOLLINA. The Treviso Finance Police discovered a 43-year-old who had been illegally operating for years as a real estate broker, illegally collecting 70,000 euros which he will now have to return to the tax authorities.
The investigations, carried out by the financiers of Vittorio Veneto, have made it possible to ascertain that the alleged “professional”, partner of a real estate agency in Follina, has concluded dozens of sales operations in the last three years, acting in the name and on behalf of the owner of the agency, which was however the only one in possession of regular authorization to carry out the profession, and thus securing commissions for over 70,000 euros.
The agent was charged with an administrative sanction for an amount ranging from 7,500 to 15,000 euros. In addition, the man was reported to the Treviso – Belluno Chamber of Commerce for the initiation of the procedure for returning to customers the sums unduly received.
