Firefighters and carabinieri on site. Unharmed the driver of the vehicle
The driver of the van is unharmed, the engine of which caught fire this afternoon, Friday 3 September, around 3 pm, on the 460 near Feletto.
The flames devoured the vehicle that the driver had managed to park on the side of the road in a few minutes, before getting off.
The van was carrying boxes of fruit. On site the firefighters of Ivrea, the carabinieri of Rivarolo and a patrol of the municipal police.
Traffic on the 460 was literally paralyzed for over an hour.
