For its part, the management of the Palio fully shared the preventive measures indicated for the management of the health emergency and adopted the recommendation of the prefect Mariano Savastano. “We were able to illustrate the spirit with which we are proceeding with the organization, sharing the prevention and tracking measures developed for the 2021 edition with the institutional actors”, comments the president Eugenio Tamburrino. “The indications coming from the prefect, who emphasized the need to observe the most rigorous observance of the safety rules, are fully accepted in the organization of the Palio, which has always marked the preparations for maximum safety, because the 42nd Palio may it be a party in its own right and a sign of restarting for the whole community ”, Tamburrino underlines.
