BELLUNO. The alarm on the potability of the water served by the Rio dei Frari network returned, which had led to the issue of a ban on food use, even after boiling, in Ponte nelle Alpi and in the Belluno hamlets of Fiammoi, Safforze and La Rossa. The analyzes on the samples taken yesterday attest to a significant improvement in the parameters.

«More in detail – reads a joint note from Ulss and Arpav – the traces of combustion pollutants are practically irrelevant. The anomalous smell (earthy smell – of smoke) also seems to have disappeared. In light of this, the limitations on the use of water intended for human consumption under investigation no longer exist ».

In the coming days, sampling and analysis will be repeated. Also because the expected rains could move something at the level of the ground and pipelines.
